So after working hard and losing weight, I got massively comfortable and slowing it started to come back on until before I know it, I've gained a bit too much and now I can't seem to stop. :/ I need to get back into the mind frame of eating healthily and working out, but it's just so hard to avoid amazing food at this time of year. I need someone to just shout fatty at me every time I reach for bad food or to hit it out of my hand. I don't know, but something needs to happen to get me back on it, and soon. Before my fingers are too fat to type and I'll have to roll wherever I want to go.
